River Rat Poker League – Last chance for Spring Session!

The River Rat Poker League will be hosting their last chance event to earn points this Sunday, April 29 at 1:00PM in Verndale, MN. All players participating will have a shot at seats to the Mid-States Poker Tour at Northern Lights in May 12-20, 2012. Approximately 4 – Main Event seats and 10 – $250 Qualifier seats will be awarded in the Final MSPT point event Freeroll the following week on May 6. Word on the street is that the MSPT may be contributing an additional $1,000 worth of prizes to the pool.

The buy-in for each event is $40. 100% of all buy-ins are paid out with a percentage going to cash payouts each event and a percentage pooled together to award MSPT seats. A few past MSPT champs are regulars in this game including “StingRay” Bendijo, Matt Hyland & Tom Stambaugh. Several other familiar, local players participate regularly as well including Heidi Roggenkamp, Paul Schroeder, Dave Mandt and many more.
