Canterbury Park: HPT Update

Registration for all $1,650 Day 1 Flights is now complete for the HPT at Canterbury Park.  The final (unofficial) numbers are as follows: 

Day 1A – 55 players (18 advanced to Day 2)

Day 1B – 86 players (27 advanced to Day 2)

Day 1C – 83 players (25 advanced to Day 2)

Day 1D – 109 players

That makes 333 total entrants that should create a prize pool in the ballpark of $480,000 when all the math is complete.  We will post updated numbers when finalized. 

Day 2 play will resume at Noon on Sunday.  The nationally televised final table of 6 players will take place on Monday at 11:00 AM.  General public encouraged to join the final table audience, no charge. 

Several great, local players have advanced to Day 2, here’s a list of player’s advancing from Day 1A & Day 1B, HPT & Canterbury will likely post a complete list after tonight’s 1D Main Event, we will repost at that time.
