Phil Ivey Not Playing WSOP, Issues Statement, Suing Tiltware

Phil Ivey issued a statement via his Facebook page this evening stating that, because Full Tilt has not paid player funds back, he would not be playing in the 2011 WSOP and is suing Tiltware.
