Running Aces draws 539 players for $1,000 Freeroll

Running Aces Harness Park launched a $1,000 freeroll in March and last night drew an astonishing 539 players.  “Players were lined up out the door.” Tournament Director Manessah Kunkel stated.

POY Standings Update: Dow surges back near top

Fresh off his $13k victory at the March Island Tournament, Dan Dow has nearly pulled even with Jeremy Dresch in the 2010 Minnesota Poker Magazine Player of the Year race.

Dow now has four POY cashes so far this year, including back-to-back Island Tournament victories at Treasure Island Casino in February and March.
